SEO Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimization strategies to increase our organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving SEO success, strong analytical skills, and expertise in the latest SEO trends and tools. Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve search rankings, drive organic growth, and increase ROI.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and content for improved keyword targeting and search relevance.
• Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits to identify and fix technical issues impacting SEO, such as site speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword goals.
• Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords and content gaps.
• Backlink Strategy: Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• SEO Reporting: Generate regular reports on SEO performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in an SEO role, preferably with experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as it relates to SEO, as well as familiarity with technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics and reporting tools to measure, analyze, and optimize SEO campaigns.
• Content SEO: Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
