Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure high performance and skill development
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis
Oversee website audits and ensure implementation of SEO best practices
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO optimization
Ensure proper optimization of website structure, URLs, meta tags, content, and internal linking
Manage link-building strategies and ensure ethical (white-hat) SEO practices
Prepare and present weekly/monthly SEO performance reports to management and clients
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends
Identify SEO issues and implement corrective actions proactively
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of SEO tasks
Support client communication and explain SEO strategies and results clearly
