Key Responsibilities Develop and execute ROI-driven SEO strategies across multiple industries and international markets. Lead, mentor, and manage an in-house SEO team (executives, interns, analysts). Conduct advanced keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend tracking. Plan and oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities. Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly website structures. Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports showcasing rankings, traffic, conversions, and growth insights. Ensure website hygiene, including speed optimization, indexing, crawlability, schema, and Core Web Vitals compliance. Strategize and manage link-building campaigns with high-quality acquisitions. Identify growth opportunities and consistently hit KPIs related to traffic, rankings, and lead generation. Requirements 4–5 years of core SEO experience in an agency or multi-project environment. Proven experience managing SEO teams and leading end-to-end SEO projects. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, best practices, and evolving SEO trends. Proficiency with major SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.). Solid grasp of both technical SEO and content strategy. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work with developers on SEO implementation (basic HTML, CSS, and JS knowledge is a plus). Track record of improving organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversions.
