This role focuses on driving qualified leads for our USA-based IT & Marketing services campaigns. We’re looking for someone energetic, target-driven, and excellent in international communication—especially with Spanish-speaking prospects in the US market. Key Responsibilities Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and nurture Spanish-speaking and English-speaking leads across the USA IT & marketing sector. Generate high-quality appointments and support the sales team with a strong, consistent sales funnel. Coordinate with marketing & sales teams to align lead generation and conversion strategies. Present Promfly’s services with clear, persuasive communication tailored to both Spanish and US-English audiences. Maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports on calling performance, lead quality, and conversions. Schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives. Consistently meet (or exceed) KPIs across call volume, lead quality, and conversions. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience in international lead generation, outbound calling, or B2B sales. Mandatory: Fluency in Spanish and United States–level English (spoken & written). Strong understanding of the US market; prior experience with US-based startups is a plus. Hands-on experience with CRMs, lead generation tools, and online research platforms. Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Demonstrated ability to hit daily/weekly/monthly targets. Candidates with international call center experience will be preferred.
