Job Summary

Wander Nova is seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality organic traffic, improving search rankings, optimizing website performance, and enhancing brand visibility across global travel markets. Candidates with experience in the travel and tourism domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and travel packages for maximum visibility.
• Perform regular on-page and off-page optimization, including link-building, technical SEO, and content planning.
• Monitor and improve website performance, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all platforms.
• Track and report key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and travel industry patterns.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to boost organic engagement.
• Manage local SEO strategies to enhance location-based search visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (Travel industry experience is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proven ability to grow organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Solid understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
