About the Job
IntouchCX’s Global Marketing Department is looking for a talented, hands-on, data-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth engine. If you thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and love driving measurable results, keep reading!
You’ll be working in the Demand Generation team and will lead our organic search strategy across campaigns, landing pages, and web properties. From technical audits to keyword research, from SEO content frameworks to performance reporting, this role owns it all. Your work will directly impact search visibility, pipeline growth, and conversion optimization.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Campaign Managers, Brand & Communications, and Web Development teams to build high-performing, search-optimized assets tailored to B2B SaaS audiences in North America.
You’ll be reporting directly to the Campaign Manager and will play a critical role in making organic search a driver of qualified leads and revenue.
As SEO Manager, Demand Generation, You Will…
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and support demand generation campaigns across target markets.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for B2B SaaS companies in North American markets.
- Own technical SEO performance, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexation.
- Optimize landing pages, solution pages, and blog content to improve visibility and search-to-conversion journeys.
- Build and maintain SEO content frameworks that support campaign messaging.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand & Comms, Web Dev, and Sales, to align SEO with campaign goals, audience targeting, and broader go-to-market objectives.
- Monitor and analyze organic search performance using tools like GSC and SpyFu, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure SEO compliance, standardization, and alignment across web properties.
- Stay up to date with evolving SEO trends, search engine updates, and new tools to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Contribute to long-term SEO and content roadmap planning based on business goals and seasonality.
As SEO Manager, Demand Generation, You Need…
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO for B2B organizations, ideally in SaaS or tech environments targeting North American audiences.
- Proven expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, performance optimization, and analytics tracking.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, on-page optimization, and user intent mapping.
- Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, SpyFu, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.
- Ability to interpret SEO data and apply insights to improve rankings, user experience, and conversions.
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across time zones.
- Experience mapping SEO strategy to B2B buyer personas and journeys.
- Familiarity with ABM programs and long-cycle sales environments.
- Knowledge of international SEO and regional search behavior, especially for North America.
- Experience with programmatic SEO, content automation, and AI-driven optimization tools.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and how SEO supports demand generation stages.
