We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and contribute to the improvement of our website's organic search performance. You will work closely with senior SEO specialists to develop strategies, analyze data, and optimize website content to drive traffic, increase rankings, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting keyword research and competitive analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Support the development and execution of on-page SEO strategies (e.g., optimizing meta tags, headings, and content).
• Help with content optimization, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
• Assist in backlink research and link-building efforts.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Perform website audits to identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations.
• Monitor and report on SEO trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO improvements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining SEO reports to track the effectiveness of optimization efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, search engines, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and okay with US hours (5 PM - 2 AM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics is a plus.
• A passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest SEO trends.
