The vision of RankRizers is to bridge the gap between service providers and customers, connecting them to the right solutions, whether for services or product purchases, across both digital and non-digital businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and vision for the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the development of scalable web architectures using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js.
• Manage and guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ensure cross-device compatibility.
• Implement and manage backend services and serverless functions on Azure and AWS, utilizing MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Git Flow, and GitHub Actions to ensure continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain a high standard of development quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring performance, scalability, and security of all applications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate AI and LLMs into the platform where relevant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), with Next.js.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Fluent knowledge of modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
• Solid understanding of backend development, particularly with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, especially Git, Git Flow, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong experience working with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and serverless architecture.
• Proven ability to create scalable web architectures and optimize for performance.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Strong focus on clean, maintainable code and performance optimization.
• Interest or experience in working with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.
