Product & Technology Leadership Define and execute the overall technical strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives. Build and lead the core development team as the company scales. Set best practices for architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of RankRizers. Oversee product scalability, security, and performance optimization. 2. Full Stack Development Architect, design, and implement new features across front-end and back-end . Manage integrations with payment gateways, APIs, AI tools, CRM, and analytics systems . Optimize database design and performance (MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent). Maintain and upgrade current stack to ensure best performance and user experience. 3. Technical Innovation Integrate AI-driven features like recommendation systems, automation, and smart listings. Stay updated with emerging technologies to keep RankRizers ahead of the curve. 4. Infrastructure & DevOps Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) . Implement CI/CD pipelines , version control, and agile workflows. Ensure security compliance , data privacy, and system uptime. 5. Team & Collaboration Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless experience. Recruit, mentor, and build a tech-driven startup team culture . Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Tech Stack: Front-End: React.js / Next.js, TailwindCSS, TypeScript Back-End: Node.js / Express / Nest.js Database: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL Cloud/DevOps: AWS / GCP / Docker / GitHub Actions CMS/Integrations: WordPress API, REST/GraphQL APIs AI/Automation Tools (Preferred): OpenAI API, LangChain, Python scripts Other Tools: Stripe, Zoho Suite, Google APIs, Elasticsearch Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack development, ideally within startups or product companies. Proven experience leading development teams or tech projects . Strong understanding of scalable architecture, clean code principles, and product lifecycle management . Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools is a plus Soft Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
