Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and web services
2. Optimize SQL queries and database structures for performance and scalability.
3. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following coding standards.
4. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and troubleshooting production
issues.
5. Ensure security, data protection, and best practices in backend architecture.
6. Work with caching, logging, and queue systems for performance tuning.
7. Reporting to the manager/team leader on a regular basis.
Required Skills:
● Deep understanding of OOPs, MVC pattern, components, modules, behaviors, and
extensions
● Strong command of MySQL, indexes, joins, stored procedures, and query optimization
● Basic understanding of front-end/UI technologies(HTML, CSS, JS, etc)
● Building and consuming RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and versioning
● Understanding caching, queues, background jobs, and scaling strategies
● Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹410,585.67 - ₹700,000.00 per year
