Senior Visual Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Visual Designer to join our growing Performance Marketing team and support the creation of high-impact marketing content across the UK, Germany, France, and other European markets. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, this role will focus on designing visual assets that drive customer acquisition and engagement, across social media, email, offline marketing (excluding OOH and TV), and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will also bring animation and video skills to elevate our creative output as this area continues to grow.

What you will be doing in the role:

• Lead the creation and production of visually compelling marketing assets tailored for digital channels including social media, email campaigns, and offline collateral.
• Develop animation and video content such as 2D motion graphics and short edits to enhance campaign storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, and regional teams to ensure design solutions meet business goals and brand guidelines.
• Adapt and localize visual content for UK, German, French, and other European markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work within a fast-paced, evolving team environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Use data and campaign insights to iterate and optimize design approaches for maximum impact.
• Support ad hoc creative projects as needed, contributing ideas and design expertise to enhance overall marketing efforts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a visual designer with a strong portfolio of marketing-focused work including social, email, and offline marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma or similar design tools.
• Demonstrated skills in animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout best practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with marketing teams across different regions.
• Experience localizing design work for multiple European markets is highly desirable.
• Data-informed mindset with an ability to apply performance insights to creative work.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus but not mandatory.
