Senior Visual Designer

You are seeking a Senior Visual Designer for Flam's Enterprise Mixed Reality Product. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic assets and animations tailored for the app, product, website, and social platforms. Your creative input will play a significant role in shaping the visual identity and voice of the Flam brand and community as they expand. Your creativity and awareness of pop culture trends are vital for this position, along with the ability to effectively communicate concepts and produce on-brand creatives and videos. You will collaborate closely with the design and development team to bring your ideas to life and ensure they align with Flam's vision. Your responsibilities will include creating various content and libraries for the product, developing brand assets and guidelines, and delivering high-quality graphics to enhance the customer experience. You will establish design best practices to streamline production efforts and contribute to marketing activities across different channels. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in graphic design and animation, ideally with a background in a creative agency. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of brand consistency, possess a keen eye for visual storytelling, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools. A portfolio showcasing your aesthetic sense and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role. If you have experience in motion graphics and photography, it would be considered a bonus.
