Senior Visual Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer/Senior Visual Designer at Hoora Technologies, your primary mission is to lead the visual identity and creative output for HOORA. Your responsibilities will include creating high-performing, data-driven design assets that directly boost conversions, maintaining absolute brand consistency, and accelerating growth in the D2C market. Key Responsibilities: - Performance Design: Create and optimize high-performing, dynamic ad creatives for all digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), utilizing data insights to maximize measurable results like CTR and conversion rates. - Brand Governance: Act as the guardian of the brand by developing and enforcing a scalable visual system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from ads to packaging. - D2C Asset Production: Lead the design of sales and marketing materials such as product catalogues, flyers, and digital feeds, focusing on product positioning and driving sales. - Content Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Content team to ensure visual designs enhance the marketing message, applying a basic understanding of copywriting. - Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to deliver large volumes of creative assets quickly and accurately. Qualification Required: - Experience & Industry: You should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design for performance marketing, preferably with a background at popular consumer D2C/B2C brands or a high-level brand agency. - Mandatory Impact: A proven history of creating designs that have directly delivered measurable improvements in business metrics, such as increased conversion rates or reduced acquisition costs, is essential. - D2C Skills: Strong expertise in product catalogue design, product positioning, and high-volume asset creation required by D2C models. - Creative & Data Acumen: Expertise in visual design and technical tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma, combined with the ability to use data to validate and improve design choices. - Soft Skills: Demonstrating a foundational understanding of copywriting and content marketing principles will be beneficial in this role.,
