Senior Visual Designer:

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who understands design beyond aesthetics. Someone who knows how to make visuals work — for the brand, for the message, and for the audience.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll take ownership of design requests from customers, understand their goals, and translate them into visuals that look great and make sense. This role needs someone who can think, question, refine, and deliver with clarity.You’ll fit this role if you
• Have 3+ years of hands-on design experience
• Have worked in an agency or fast-paced creative environment (a big plus)
• Understand design principles deeply; layout, typography, visual hierarchy, storytelling
• Can manage client requests end-to-end and guide them to the right design decisions
• Can present your ideas confidently and explain the “why” behind them
• Can balance creativity with timelines and expectations
• Are comfortable collaborating with Content, GTM, and CSM teams

What you’ll own:

• Designing marketing and brand assets across digital formats
• Turning client briefs into meaningful design concepts
• Maintaining visual consistency across all output
• Working with cross-functional teams to execute
• Quality of final delivery — every pixel, every decision
• Nice to have
• Motion basics or awareness of how designs translate into motion
• Experience working on brand identity projects
• Curiosity for trends, design systems, and how brands communicate visually
