Zavo is India’s largest community of EMI payers, revolutionizing how millions manage their loans. We help borrowers avoid defaults, reduce stress, settle loans smarter, and build long-term credit health.

Our next phase of growth depends on deep lender partnerships across NBFCs, fintech lenders, MFIs, and banks. This role drives that expansion.

Why This Role Matters

Repayment is the largest unsolved gap in India’s lending ecosystem.

Disbursal is optimised. Repayment is not.

Pre-default engagement, Rescue, and Settlement workflows are still broken.

Zavo has the product, scale, and user trust.

Now we need an industry insider who can open doors, build trust, and accelerate integrations across lenders.

What You Will Own

1. Lender Acquisition at Scale

Target 40 to 50 lenders in twelve months.

Drive partnerships across NBFCs, MFIs, fintechs, and banks.

Convert meetings into pilots and long-term commercial agreements.

2. High Velocity Outreach Using Your Network

Use warm access to CXOs, Collections Heads, and Risk Leaders.

Create immediate movement in the first thirty to forty five days.

Represent Zavo in high level lender and industry forums.

3. Build the Lender GTM Motion

Craft simple narratives around risk reduction, bounce prevention, and settlement efficiency.

Work with product and data teams to shape adoptable use cases.

Translate lender pain points into revenue opportunities.

4. Navigate Risk, Compliance, and Tech Approvals

Shorten approval cycles across risk, product, tech, and operations.

Drive integrations across bureau feeds, pre-default workflows, NACH or UPI flows, and settlement stacks.

5. Revenue Ownership

Own revenue outcomes from all lender partnerships.

Aim for multi crore ARR across Protect, Settlement, and Rescue offerings.

Who You Are

You come from one of the following backgrounds:

* Senior operator from an NBFC or bank in collections, early warning, risk, or digital lending

* Strategic alliances lead from a fintech serving lenders

* Someone who has built lender partnerships at scale

Experience

10 to 18 years in the lending ecosystem.

Strong relationship capital with the ability to open doors at 50 plus lenders.

Deep understanding of DPD, bounce behaviour, bureau data, restructuring, and settlement.

What We Offer

* Compensation: 40 to 60 lakh

* ESOPs: 0.3 to 0.75 percent
