Job Description

As a Senior Vice President focusing on Solutioning and Transitions at a leading Insurance service provider, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the Consulting and Transitions teams. Your responsibilities will include driving a consultative selling approach, ensuring smooth client project transitions, and enhancing continuous improvement to deliver client and business value effectively. Your key responsibilities in this role will involve: - Taking ownership of cross-capability solutioning - Developing and implementing a strategic and technical solutioning framework - Leading the solutioning team strategy and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients - Collaborating with Capability specific pre-sales teams for creating winning solutions - Expanding the solutioning to support client partner and business development teams - Nurturing business relationships with diverse Property/Casualty insurers/reinsurers/brokers/MGAs - Overseeing and managing the smooth transition of client projects - Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and driving client-focused business and project outcomes - Communicating effectively and collaborating across Corporate functions and Delivery teams to ensure transitions receive necessary support In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess: - 20+ years of relevant work experience within the insurance sector - Detailed understanding of insurance business operations and knowledge of functional areas within diverse insurance organizations - Experience in leading and managing complex transitions or projects - Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma - Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Hands-on experience with business solutioning and sales support - Strong leadership skills with the ability to close deals - Commercial, personal, and financial acumen - Established connections within insurer/reinsurer/broker/MGA markets You should be prepared for extensive domestic and international travel, at least 20% of the time, to fulfill the requirements of this role.,
