Senior US IT Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on recruiting experience along with team management and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
• Work closely with US clients, vendors, and account managers
• Drive hiring for niche and high-priority IT skills
• Ensure compliance with US staffing standards and timelines
• Track KPIs, closures, and team performance metrics
• Improve sourcing strategies and recruiter productivity

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations and hiring models
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in US time zones
• Expertise in job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
