Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruiting, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent. As a Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  full-cycle US IT recruitment

  from requirement intake to offer closure
• Source candidates through

  job portals, LinkedIn, ATS (Ceipal), and referrals

• Screen candidates for

  technical skills, communication, and work authorization

• Work on

  W2, C2C, and 1099

  hiring models
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Negotiate pay rates and salaries within approved budgets
• Maintain accurate candidate and submission records
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in

  US IT recruitment

• Clear understanding of

  US work authorization types

  (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Hands-on experience with

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter

• Good knowledge of common

  IT technologies and roles

• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
• Strong Vendor relationship
