Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters, NDAs, handbooks, and incentive programs. Ensure documentation for W2, C2C, 1099 contractors (W9, I-9, E-Verify) is complete and compliant. Oversee employee relations, performance tracking, and internal communication. πŸ’΅ Payroll Coordination: Manage payroll processing through platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP . Track timesheets, coordinate with accounting teams, and ensure timely disbursement. Maintain accurate payroll records and contractor payment details.
