You must possess excellent communication skills and be self-driven and passionate about recruitment. Your main responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process lifecycle for clients in the US, collaborating closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers, working on strategic global hiring programs, and developing an action plan to recruit the best fit for the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for procuring individuals for various IT Requirements, utilizing niche IT platforms for candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, documenting them, and reporting when necessary. It is essential that you can work harmoniously with other departments keeping the Company's growth perspective in mind and stay updated with industry trends. You should also have knowledge of sourcing candidates through different job portal sites. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. - Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers. - Work on strategic global hiring programs. - Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. - Procure people for different IT Requirements. - Use niche platforms related to IT to source potential candidates. - Conduct interviews, document the same, and report as needed. - Collaborate with other departments for the Company's growth perspective. - Keep abreast of industry trends. - Source candidates through various job portal sites. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1 year of experience in US IT & Non-IT Recruitment. - Excellent communication skills. - Self-driven and passionate about recruitment. The job type is full-time, and benefits include cell phone reimbursement, provided food, and internet reimbursement. The schedule is for night shifts, and there is a performance bonus.
