US IT Recruiter

We are hiring enthusiastic Junior US IT Recruiters who are eager to start their career in US staffing. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for US IT positions

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

• Learn US staffing processes, job portals, and compliance basics

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English)

• Basic knowledge or interest in IT roles

• Willingness to work US night shifts

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Any recruitment internship or exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
