What You'll Do

Understand client requirements and job descriptionsConduct initial candidate assessments via calls/emailsCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidatesMaintain candidate database and recruitment trackersLearn and adapt to US recruitment processes and tools🎯 Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions📊 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs🤝 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates🔍 Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent📅 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation

What We're Looking For

✅ Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)✅ Willingness to work in night shift✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setting✅ Knowledge of current technology trends and roles in the market
