US IT Technical Recruiters

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
• Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through internal and external networking.
• Understand client job requirements, including responsibilities and necessary skills, to source suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and successfully close hires.
• Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online tools, referrals, and databases.
• Achieve established hiring metrics and performance goals.
• Identify, attract, and screen top technical candidates (both active and passive) across various technical skill sets and experience levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, and at least 4+ years of experience in full recruitment life cycle.
• Prior experience working on direct client roles and C2C is a must-have.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge using CEIPAL or any Applicant Tracking Software
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Prior experience working on job boards like: Dice.com, LinkedIn, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
• Experience working on State or Federal Government requirements (preferred)
