• Apply jobs daily through

  LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, Career portals

• Understand and screen

  Mainframe / Java / Data / Cloud / IT profiles

• Coordinate with US recruiters regarding

  job requirements & submissions

• Track applications, calls, interviews, and feedback using

  Trello/Sheets

• Guide candidates on

  recruiter calls, interviews, and follow-ups

• Ensure accurate handling of

  visa status (OPT/H1B/GC), W2/C2C

• Maintain daily submission and follow-up reports

• 1–4 years experience in

  US IT Recruitment / US Staffing

• Strong knowledge of

  US job portals

  (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster)
• Understanding of

  W2, C2C, 1099

  hiring models
• Knowledge of

  US visa types

  (OPT, H1B, GC, USC)
• Excellent

  communication skills

  (verbal & written)
• Ability to work independently in

  US night shift

• Good coordination & follow-up skills

• Experience in

  candidate profile marketing

• Familiarity with

  Mainframe / Legacy / Banking IT roles

• Experience working with

  vendors & implementation partners

• Basic knowledge of

  ATS / Trello / Google Sheets

• Any

  Bachelor’s degree

  (B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / Any Graduate)
• Relevant experience preferred over degree

• Onsite (Hyderabad)
