Role & responsibilities

  • Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles for US clients.
  • Source candidates through portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit through screening and interviews.
  • Negotiate pay rates and close candidates effectively.
  • Manage relationships with candidates and clients for repeat success.
  • Maintain compliance with US labor laws and client policies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 24 years of hands-on experience in US staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorization types.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned to US time zones
