About the Role:

Senior US IT Recruiter

You will play a key role in identifying, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  full-cycle recruitment

  sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed, LinkedIn), internal databases, and networking.
• Review job descriptions to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary/rates and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the

  Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand and work with

  US tax terms

  (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) and different work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, US Citizen).
• Stay updated with current trends in US IT recruitment and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  in US IT Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of various IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Experience working with

  VMS/ATS systems

  (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva).
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work

  night shifts (EST hours)

  .
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and goal-focused professional.
