About the Role:

US IT Staffing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Source job requirements from prime vendors, clients, and other sources, and submit qualified consultants.
• Coordinate with Clients and Team to submit Resumes
• Conduct pre-screen Interviews with Consultants before submitting Profiles with Clients.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and bench sales
• Negotiate rates, follow up on interview schedules, and place consultants at optimal deals.
• Manage company-owned requirements as well as vendor requirements.
• Experience on IT , Pharma , Engineering , Life sciences and Healthcare for US staffing.
• Work with candidates on

  OPT/CPT,

  H1B,

  EAD,

  Green

  Card,

  and

  US

  Citizens

  .
• Understand US tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
• Regularly interact and follow up with bench consultants and vendors to identify opportunities.
• Maintain a strong database and build relationships with Tier-1 vendors and clients.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn) and other networking methods for sourcing.
• Facilitate H1B transfers when required.
