About the Role:

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source job requirements from prime vendors, clients, and other sources, and submit qualified consultants.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and bench sales
Negotiate rates, follow up on interview schedules, and place consultants at optimal deals.
Manage company-owned requirements as well as vendor requirements.
Work with candidates on
OPT/CPT,

H1B,

EAD,

Green

Card,

and

US

Citizens
.
Understand US tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
Regularly interact and follow up with bench consultants and vendors to identify opportunities.
Maintain a strong database and build relationships with Tier-1 vendors and clients.
Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed, LinkedIn) and other networking methods for sourcing.
Facilitate H1B transfers when required.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to work night shifts (EST hours).
Team player with a result-driven attitude.
Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
