Role & responsibilities

Location:

• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

• This role is open only for US Recruiters with IT Staffing experience (1 to 8 years).

• We are also open to candidates who havemixed experiencein both IT and Non-IT US Staffing, provided they have strong hands-on exposure to IT recruitment.

• Candidates across PAN India can apply if willing to relocate to Hyderabad immediately.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for

  IT roles across the US market

  , including contract, C2H, and full-time positions.
• Work on diverse technical requirements such as

  Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, ERP, Cybersecurity, Networking

  , and other niche skills.
• Source candidates using

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking

  , and other channels.
• Evaluate candidates for

  technical skills, communication, fitment

  , and

  visa/work authorization

  (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients, and handle feedback follow-up.
• Negotiate

  rates, job responsibilities, project details

  , and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure engagement through

  offer, acceptance, and onboarding

  .
• Update trackers, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company/client guidelines.
• Handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work

  night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM EST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field.

• 1 to 8 years of US IT Staffing experience

  .
• Good knowledge of

  US recruitment models

  , tax terms and visas (

  W2, C2C, 1099

  ).
• Experience supporting

  IT Services, Consulting, or Product-based clients

  .
