US IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Handle
full recruitment cycle
: sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation & onboarding.
Source candidates through
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Diva / ATS
, and internal databases.
Recruit candidates across various work authorizations:
USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC-EAD
.
Work with
Implementation Partners, VMS portals, and Direct Clients
.
Understand job requirements and submit qualified profiles within the required TAT.
Negotiate rates on
Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2,
terms.
Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
Track daily submissions, interview updates, and closures.

Required Skills

1 to 5 years
of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
Good understanding of
US tax terms, visa classifications
, and market standards.
Ability to work in a
target-based, fast-paced environment
.
Must be comfortable working in
night shifts
.
Strong sourcing skills using
Boolean search, social media, and job boards
.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with
Direct Clients
(preferred).
Experience placing candidates in
niche skills
(AWS, Java, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity).
Experience using
ATS systems
.
