What Youll Do

US IT Recruiter

  • Understand job requirements thoroughly and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct proactive market research and source high-quality technical profiles through job boards, networking, and specialized sourcing channels.
  • Screen candidates through calls, technical fit evaluation, and interest mapping to ensure suitability.
  • Execute strong cold-calling and candidate engagement techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Publish and manage job postings across job boards and hiring platforms.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across teams for smooth interview scheduling and progress updates.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates to keep them updated throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Build and maintain a structured, comprehensive database of qualified candidates for future requirements.
  • Focus on self-development through skills training, improving TAT, quality, and staying updated on recruitment trends and technologies.
  • Consistently achieve individual and organizational hiring targets.

Your Skillset

  • 3+ years

    of hands-on experience in

    US IT recruitment

    handling technical requirements.
  • Strong experience in
