Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter Experience: 5+ Years Location: Nizampet, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite No Remote / No WFH) Shift: Night (EST Working Hours) About the Role: Nanda Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US staffing processes , expertise in end-to-end recruitment , and experience working with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors , and prime implementation partners . You will play a key role in identifying, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies and domains. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions. Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed, LinkedIn), internal databases, and networking. Review job descriptions to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary/rates and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Understand and work with US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) and different work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, US Citizen). Stay updated with current trends in US IT recruitment and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Attributes: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of various IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.). Experience working with VMS/ATS systems (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva). Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Willingness to work night shifts (EST hours) . Self-driven, team-oriented, and goal-focused professional.
