About the Role:

Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the UX and UI design for core exchange features such as spot trading, margin trading, P2P, wallet management, and KYC flows.
• Design intuitive user journeys for both novice and professional crypto users, balancing ease of use with feature depth.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend/backend engineers, and branding teams for design delivery.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries that ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for best UX practices, responsive design principles, accessibility, and mobile-first thinking.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years working on fintech, trading platforms, or complex dashboards.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking for data-rich and high-interaction products.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of user behavior, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with responsive web and mobile design standards.
• Comfortable designing for multi-role systems (retail, institutional, admin) with role-based access and workflows.
• Ability to work in agile environments, handle feedback loops, and iterate designs quickly.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience designing crypto exchanges, DeFi apps, or Web3 wallets.
• Understanding of trading charts, order books, and financial UI components (candlestick charts, depth charts, etc.).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind) to align design with development realities.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of localization, theming (dark/light modes), and accessibility standards (WCAG).
