Job Description

Senior UI/UX Designer

If you’re passionate about user-centered design and love transforming complex ideas into elegant interfaces—this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Design

    end-to-end UX

    : user research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Work extensively with

    Figma

    (primary), along with Sketch / Adobe XD
  • Conduct

    user research & usability testing

    , build personas and journey maps
  • Iterate designs based on

    user feedback, analytics, and business goals

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders

  • Ensure pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive designs

    across devices


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years

    of hands-on UI/UX design experience (Web, Mobile & SaaS)
  • A

    strong end-to-end digital portfolio

    showcasing your design thinking
  • Expertise in

    Figma

    (must-have), Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Working knowledge of

    HTML/CSS

    for seamless developer collaboration
  • Strong understanding of

    responsive & adaptive design

  • Experience building and maintaining design systems, component libraries & style guides

  • Solid user research skills (interviews, surveys, usability testing)

  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards
