Job Summary:

Trade Finance Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications related to

  Trade Finance modules

  .
• Design and execute

  test cases

  ,

  test scenarios

  , and

  test scripts

  for Trade Finance applications.
• Perform

  functional

  ,

  integration

  ,

  system

  , and

  regression testing

  .
• Validate workflows for products like

  LCs, BGs, Collections, and Trade Loans

  .
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like

  JIRA

  ,

  HP ALM

  , or similar.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in

  UAT support

  and provide sign-off for production releases.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.
• Contribute to

  test automation

  initiatives where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 years in

  Trade Finance domain

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Trade Finance products

  and

  SWIFT message formats

  (MT7xx series).
• Experience with

  test management tools

  (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Good knowledge of

  SQL

  for data validation.
• Familiarity with

  Agile

  and

  Waterfall

  methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  Trade Finance platforms

  like

  Finacle, Flexcube or TI Plus

  .
• Exposure to

  automation tools

  like Selenium or UFT.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience in

  API testing

  using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
