As a Senior Territory Manager, you'll lead a team, manage property operations, and drive revenue and business growth in your assigned territory. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and expanding Azuro’s presence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing team

Oversee tenant onboarding, rent collection & maintenance workflows

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize performance

Drive revenue growth through smart territory management

Meet/exceed operational and sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Stay current on market trends and real estate regulations

✅ Qualifications:

Experience in territory management, team leadership, and business development

Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of property management practices

Data-driven, goal-focused, and highly organized

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
