Job Description

Lead Management & Telecalling Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Maintain a database of generated leads and follow up consistently. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement Convert assigned leads into successful sales closures. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals. Customer Relationship Build rapport with potential customers for repeat business. Provide accurate product/service information and address customer queries. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Reporting & Coordination Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software. Share daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and closures achieved. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for strategy alignment. Performance & Self-Development Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and industry trends. Continuously improve communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Work in a target-oriented environment with focus on results.
