Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, and results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:  * Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.  * Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.  * SEO & SEM: Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and assisting with on-page and off-page optimization. Assist with the setup and management of paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).  * Email Marketing: Help create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.  * Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track campaign effectiveness and provide reports to the management team.  * Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.  * Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms. Skills and Qualifications:  * 1-2 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.  * Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.  * Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management platforms.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  * A creative mindset with an eye for detail.  * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
