About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, and results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities:  * Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.  * Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.  * SEO & SEM: Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and assisting with on-page and off-page optimization. Assist with the setup and management of paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).  * Email Marketing: Help create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.  * Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track campaign effectiveness and provide reports to the management team.  * Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.  * Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms. Skills and Qualifications:  * 1-2 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.  * Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.  * Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management platforms.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  * A creative mindset with an eye for detail.  * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
