Digital Marketing Executive (Google & Meta Ads Specialist)

Department: Digital Marketing
Location: Cochin, Kerala
Reporting To: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who specializes in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in paid campaigns, performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising – Google & Meta Ads

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Run and monitor Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram (Traffic, Lead Gen, Awareness, Conversion campaigns).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage ad budgets, adjust bids, and ensure cost-effective performance (CPC, CPL, CPA).
  • A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience sets to improve ROI.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Ads Managers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify trends, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate with the design team to develop creative ad banners, videos, and landing pages.
  • Suggest improvements in creatives and content for better engagement and conversion.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure quality of leads and conversions.
  • Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Keyword Planner, GTM (added advantage)
  • Understanding of SEO basics (bonus)
  • Good command of Excel/Sheets for campaign reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Paid Ads).
  • Certifications from Google or Meta are an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork ability
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
