Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.

  • Develop and maintain the company website.
    - Page setup - Page Design - Image setup - WEBP file created - Layout select and update
  • Regularly update news, product information, and content.
    - Regularly update new products on the website and marketing platforms. Remove or deactivate old/discontinued products that are no longer available. - Blog type regarding of product - Text file generated like ( Headline, H1 line, Sub line, full Description) - Update all text regarding of SEO change - Every Month, check and tracking keyword updates - HR New requirement added - Website inquiry check - New event photos, video add and update all data with a compressed file - Technical Guide section update
  • Work on SEO improvement and coordinate with external agencies as needed. (if agencies are available)

Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate with the website agency for updates, design changes, and new pages.
  • Ensure website content aligns with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO, performance, and user experience improvements.
  • Review and approve website creatives, banners, and landing pages.
  • Monitor website analytics and share performance insights.
  • Collaborate on new feature integrations and technical enhancements.
  • Ensure timely execution of website-related tasks and campaigns.

3. Social Media

  • Manage all company social media platforms
    - Facebook - Instagram - LinkedIn - WhatsApp
  • Create and post regular updates, creatives, and campaigns.
    Create and post regular content and campaigns. - Plan monthly social media calendars. - Design engaging posts, reels, and stories. - Write creative captions and hashtags. - Monitor and respond to audience engagement. - Track performance and prepare reports. - Coordinate with marketing for campaigns. - Manage paid Ads / Premium services when needed.

4. Email Marketing:

  • Create weekly marketing mailers for different brands or campaigns.
  • Design and adapt templates for each brand as needed.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all mailers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for content and approvals.
  • Track mailer performance and report key metrics.
  • Bounce email our unsubscribe email data maintenance
  • Domain maintenance regularly, if notifying rating is low, then the Google template sends a request
  • All email templates every month, maintenance and text format change, HTML text most add and HTML image

  • Send campaigns using email marketing software (e.g., SendBlaster).

5. WhatsApp Marketing

  • Schedule and send bulk WhatsApp campaigns similar to email marketing.

Product Promotions:

  • Develop product circulars and pages for WhatsApp marketing.
  • Create engaging templates and content for each campaign.
  • Write clear, creative text for promotional posts.
  • Identify and add new audience segments for targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for approvals and updates.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Design & Branding Materials:

  • Design branding materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, and posters.
  • Develop visual assets for both online and offline marketing.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
  • Create packaging, product labels, and event materials as required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Update and refine existing designs to align with brand guidelines.

6. Company Profile & Catalogues:

  • Maintain and update company profile, product catalogues (both hard copy and soft copy/mailers).

7. Branding & Display:

  • Manage internal and external branding such as hoardings, shop/warehouse branding, etc.

8. Exhibition & Event Management:

  • Plan and promote exhibitions and events through digital channels.
  • Create online campaigns, emailers, and social media content for events.
  • Manage event listings and digital invitations.
  • Coordinate with design teams for event creatives and branding.
  • Run paid ads to boost event reach and attendance.
  • Capture and share event highlights across platforms.
  • Track engagement and prepare post-event performance reports.

9. Data Management:

  • Maintain proper folders and save all posts, designs, and files systematically.
  • Maintain and update email databases, exhibition visitor lists, and visiting card data.

10. Reporting & Planning

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital marketing activities.
  • Suggest new ideas and improvements for marketing and branding strategies.

11. Approvals

  • All posts and web posts must be approved by the Department Head before being published
  • Content must be factual, respectful, and aligned with the organisations values and objectives.
  • Department Heads are responsible for ensuring all posts from their teams meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Employees must not post on behalf of the organization using personal accounts without authorisation.
  • All official web posts must be archived for reference and accountability.
