Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Trainer to lead In-School Training Programs, delivering hands-on learning sessions in Robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM education. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students effectively. This role requires expertise in multiple domains, including Robotics, Electronics, Coding, AI, and 3D Designing.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery & Curriculum Implementation

• Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions for school students on Robotics, STEM, and AI topics.
• Implement structured lesson plans and practical exercises aligned with RoboPleX’s curriculum.
• Ensure effective student learning through interactive workshops, live projects, and real-world applications.

Technical Instruction & Subject Expertise

• Fundamentals of Robotics: Teach mechanical structures, sensors, and actuators.
• Electronics & Circuit Design: Guide students in working with microcontrollers, sensors, and circuits.
• Programming & Automation: Train students in block-based (Scratch) and text-based (Python, Arduino) coding.
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Introduce AI concepts, image recognition, and real-world applications.
• 3D Designing & Prototyping: Assist students in using CAD tools for designing and prototyping robotic models.
• Internet of Things (IoT): Demonstrate smart devices, data communication, and real-time applications.
• Drone & Automation Technology: Explain drone mechanics, navigation, and automation principles.
• Robotic Arm & Humanoid Development: Train students in building and programming robotic arms and humanoid robots.
• STEM-Based Problem Solving: Encourage project-based learning integrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Collaboration with School Authorities & Faculty

• Work closely with school teachers and administrators to integrate RoboPleX training into the academic framework.
• Customize training modules to align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Provide guidance on implementing robotics labs and STEM learning spaces within schools.

Evaluation & Student Engagement

• Assess student performance through quizzes, projects, and interactive activities.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging problem-solving and innovation.
• Maintain high engagement levels to foster creativity and enthusiasm for technology.

Technical Support & Lab Setup

• Assist in setting up robotics labs, training kits, and learning materials in schools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to microcontrollers, sensors, programming tools, and 3D printers.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with the Curriculum Development Team to enhance training content.
• Coordinate with the Business Development Team to identify new opportunities for school partnerships.
• Engage with the Operations Team to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of training programs.

Workshops & Event Participation

• Represent RoboPleX at workshops, STEM fairs, and technology expos.
• Conduct teacher training programs and awareness sessions for schools.

Qualifications & Skills Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in Robotics, Microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi), and IoT applications.
• Proficiency in Scratch, Python, Arduino, and CAD tools for 3D modeling and prototyping.
• Knowledge of AI, ML, and automation technologies for real-world applications.
• Familiarity with drone technology, robotic arms, and humanoid development.

Training & Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong presentation and classroom management skills to engage students effectively.
• Ability to create a hands-on, project-based learning experience for students.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, robotics education, or STEM-based learning programs.
• Prior experience working with school students or teachers in a training or mentoring capacity.
• Experience in setting up robotics labs and designing technical training materials.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
