Senior Technical Trainer

As a Training Specialist at Sagitec, your primary responsibility will be conducting regular trainings for internal staff and clients on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, as well as technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, and jQuery. Your role will involve evaluating staff performance, developing training plans, creating training materials, providing reports on completed/ongoing/planned training, preparing learning paths for developers on Sagitec Products, and focusing on continuous improvement in the training process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular trainings on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and other technologies - Evaluate staff performance on an ongoing basis - Develop training plans and collaborate with project delivery teams - Create training materials and provide reports on training progress - Prepare learning paths for developers on Sagitec Products - Focus on continuous improvement in the training process Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery - Experience with No Code / Low Code Platforms is a plus - Excellent communication, teaching, and courseware design skills - Quick learner of new technologies and tools Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to train various types of resources including overseas clients, attention to detail, solid knowledge in C# & .Net, and Net Bean. Working on small applications using Sagitec Product, proven success in a team-oriented environment, experience in training candidates on the latest versions, collaborating with the industry for live projects, owning responsibilities, and hands-on experience are required. Your educational background should include a BE (CS), MCA, or MCS degree.,
