Senior Technical Training Executive

As a Senior Technical Training Executive at our company, you will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions for internal staff and clients on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, as well as technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, and JQuery. Your main duties will include: - Conducting regular trainings and evaluations for developers - Developing training plans in collaboration with project delivery teams - Creating training materials and providing reports on training progress - Designing learning paths for developers on Sagitec Products - Working on continuous improvement in the training process To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-10 years of professional training or software development experience in IT companies. Additionally, you should have a BE (CS), MCA, or MCS educational background and hands-on experience with technologies like C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery. Good communication skills, the ability to teach effectively, and a knack for designing courseware are also essential. It is crucial that you have a minimum of 4 years of experience conducting technical training on the specified technologies for software developers. Experience with No Code / Low Code Platforms is a plus. You should be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in C# & .Net, and able to work on small applications using Sagitec Products. Collaboration with industry partners for live projects and a proven track record of training candidates on the latest versions of technologies are also important.
