Senior Technical Training Executive

As a Senior Technical Training Executive at our company, you will be responsible for conducting technical training for internal staff and clients on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, as well as technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, and JQuery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular trainings on various technologies to developers - Evaluating developers on an ongoing basis - Developing a training plan in collaboration with project delivery teams - Creating training materials - Providing regular and ad-hoc reports on completed, ongoing, and planned training - Preparing a learning path for developers on Sagitec Products - Working on continuous improvement in the training process To be successful in this role, you must have: - Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional training or software development experience in IT companies - Educational background in BE (CS), MCA, or MCS - Hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery - Good communication skills and ability to teach effectively - Experience in designing and creating courseware - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools Additionally, it is essential that you have: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Exceptional ability to train software developers - Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in C# & .Net - Proven success in working in a team-oriented environment - Hands-on experience in working with Sagitec products - Proven experience in training candidates on the latest versions of technologies If you meet the above qualifications and have been conducting technical training for software developers on the mentioned technologies for the past 4-5 years, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position.,
