Job Title: Senior Technical Training Executive

Job description

Min 5 and Max 10 years of Professional Training or Software Development experience in IT companies and interested in Conducting Technical Training.

Educational Background: BE (CS) or MCA or MCS

Responsibilities

Conduct regular trainings for internal staff & client on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms as well as C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery and many other technologies to developers.

Conduct regular evaluation of developers on an ongoing basis

Develop a training plan, work with Project delivery teams.

Create training materials.

Provides regular and ad-hoc reports on completed/ongoing/planned training.

Prepare a learning path for developers on Sagitec Products

Work on continuous improvement in training process

Specification / Skills / Experience

Applicant must have 4 yrs or more hands on experience of latest version of below technologies from basic to advance level - C# , ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, Javascript, JQuery

Good to have experience in any No Code / Low Code Platform,

Person should have excellent communication skill, ability to teach, ability to design and create courseware, ability to learn new technology and tools quickly.

Skills / Experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional ability to train software developers.

Extremely detail oriented and well knowledgeable in preferably in C# & .Net.

Need to have 4 yrs or more experience.

Should be able to work on small applications using Sagitec Product

Proven success working in a team-oriented environment.

Proven experience of training candidates on latest version.

To collaborate with industry to take up live projects.

Must own the responsibilities given

Hands on Experience Required.

Delivering training to professionals.

If you are not conducting technical training on the above technologies for software developers on a regular basis for past 4-5 yrs then you do not need to apply.
