Your role in our team:

 You maintain our PAS-X monitoring solution at the customer installation and use the log files to understand the system performance and resolve potential bottlenecks proactively

 You support the application support team with analyzing infrastructure, performance or stability issues

 You bring in your good trouble shooting expertise to identify and resolve complex technical issues in our customer environments

 You collaborate with our product development team to bring feedback and improvement suggestions from the field to the product backlog to increase efficiency and performance of the applications

 You are familiar with the technical requirements of our systems and can provide support in cooperation with our technical consultants.

Your profile:

 University degree in e.g. computer science/engineering/software development or proven experience in the area of IT infrastructure/ software deployment

 Strong service orientation and good communication behavior

 Good English language skills (verbal and written)  Profound knowledge in current infrastructure technology (Container, Kubernetes, Cloud, Virtualization) Profound Windows and Linux know how  Very good trouble shooting skills
