Your Role as a Scrum Master:

▪ Be an integral part of the Scrum Master Team, collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders

▪ Look after and motivate your Scrum team while creating a positive, productive working environment

▪ Coordinate with fellow Scrum Masters to align and improve team performance

▪ Take full responsibility for the Scrum process and ensure its correct implementation

▪ Organize and facilitate all essential Scrum meetings including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups

▪ Uphold and enforce Scrum rules and values, ensuring high team discipline and agile best practices

▪ Manage Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Charts with accuracy and clarity

▪ Integrate Quality Management (QM) requirements seamlessly into the agile process

What You Bring:

▪ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a recognized software environment

▪ A collaborative spirit — you enjoy working with people and helping teams succeed

▪ A basic understanding of software development processes and technical environments

▪ Strong communication skills that allow you to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

▪ A pragmatic mindset — you're skilled at navigating complex challenges with clear and actionable solutions

▪ A proactive attitude — you're ready to take responsibility and drive improvement
