Candidate Skills

· Candidate should have a minimum experience of 3-4 years in networking domain, network and GPON

issues troubleshooting, customer handling, technical support.

· Good understanding of GPON Terminology.

·  Hands-on experience on GPON OLT/ONT configuration, Cisco switches and router.

· Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, PPPOE, DHCP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, OSPF, MPLS, P2P, Packet

analysis, network testing tool.

· CCNA and CCNP would be preferable.

· Individual Contributor & Self Starter.

· Proficient in creating project plans and tracking them to deliver results on time.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling customer Technical queries and providing solution within SLA.

New products/software features testing and creating test setups as per requirement.

International accounts technical customer support

Flexible to work 24*7 and in roster

Genexis products and features demonstration to customers.

Preparing technical documents, network diagrams, method of procedures.

Building  and  maintaining  strong,  long-lasting customer relationships.
