Role Overview:

Senior Technical Recruiters

• Backend & Cloud:

  .NET, Java, Microservices, AWS, Azure, GCP

• Data & Analytics:

  Data Engineers, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, PySpark

• Mainframe & Legacy Modernization:

  COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL

• ERP & Databases:

  Oracle, SAP, SQL Server, DB2

• QA & Automation:

  ETL QA, EDI, Selenium, Tosca, API testing

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for U.S. client projects (contract/C2C, C2H, FTE).
• Conduct

  technical pre-screens

  with candidates (not just buzzwords).
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and networking.
• Work closely with Account Managers to deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain compliance with immigration & payroll requirements (OPT, H1B, GC, etc.).

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of technical recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of IT concepts (can speak to databases, cloud, APIs, QA tools, etc.).
• Proven success filling roles in

  U.S. IT staffing

  .
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools a plus.
