Role: Sr. US IT Recruiter Night Shift, Hyderabad Office - Mindspace Area Duration: Full Time Qualifications: Min 3-5 years of experience in Us staffing is a must. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles. Maintain a 2 hours turn around time (VERY IMPORTANT) Prior experience working on W2 & Corp 2 Corp requirement. Familiarity with recruiting software and databases (e.g., ATS, Oorwin, LinkedIn Recruiter). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Make sure that the potential employees have the necessary IT skills to meet client needs. Screen IT experts in a very specialized manner to determine their competency.
